Stepaside FC are delighted to announce the appointment of Collie Byrne as Academy and Player Development Director.

Collie will be very well known to many in Stepaside and surrounding areas through his academy work and his Keltic Soccer Camps. Collie’s coaching career has seen him coach teams across Europe and America, in America Collie was head coach of the Olympic Development Programme which was a youth development initiative, geared at coaching players both boys and girls at the highest level.

Collie also worked with Newcastle United Football Club as a community coach before taking up a position with Rutherford AFC as director of coaching.

The above experience along with Collie’s incredible ability to work with young kids will be a huge addition to Stepaside FC.
